Bank of Baroda Wealth Management Services Work Experience

Post Post Qualification Work Experience
AVP II – Group Head Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments in financial services industry.
Should have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at Regional Level for at least 5 years
AVP II – Territory Head Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, out of which minimum 2 years as Team Lead
Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public Banks/ Private Banks/ Foreign Banks/ Broking Firms/ Security Firms/ Asset Management Companies
Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance) Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager/ Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management.Excellent knowledge of Investment Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund, Insurance etc.

Application Fees

  • Rs.850/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for UR, EWS & OBC candidates
  • Rs.175/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD, ESM/DESM & Women

Contract Condition

The engagement under the contract as an Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) is for an initial period of 05- years effective from date of candidate’s joining in the Bank which can be subsequently renewed/extended, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Bank, for an additional maximum period of 5 years. The engagement will automatically end on the expiry date of the contract unless renewed/ extended for a further period. However, the engagement is valid till maximum age of 60 years or end of the term of the contract, whichever is earlier.

CIBIL Score

Candidates applying for the above positions must ensure they maintain a satisfactory credit history. A minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above is required at the time of joining.

Selection Process

The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Interview of candidates.
