On Tuesday, long lines were seen at petrol pumps in Dewas. People were waiting to fill fuel. During this time, some fights also happened between people. Amid this situation, a bank employee was seen going to office on a horse.

Rumors spread in the city that petrol and diesel would soon run out. Because of this, people rushed to petrol pumps and long queues formed.

Gopal Thakur, who works at AU Finance Bank, also needed to go to office. He went to a petrol pump on his Bullet motorcycle. But there was a very long queue. His bike also did not have enough fuel to reach office.

So, he went back home and parked his bike. Then he took a horse and left for his office. People were surprised to see him riding a horse on the streets of Dewas. Many people made videos of him. His office colleagues were also surprised. The video has now gone viral on social media.

Gopal Thakur lives in Radhaganj area of Dewas. He said, “I work in AU Finance Bank. There was a long line at the petrol pump. My office is in Jawahar Nagar. So, I used a horse to reach office on time.”

Similar reports of fuel shortage and panic are coming from other cities also. These include Alirajpur, Ujjain, Ratlam, Neemuch, and Indore. Public panic is increasing in these areas.
