Bank of Baroda has received an important international recognition for its efforts in digital learning and employee development. The bank, in partnership with Enthral.ai, has been awarded the Gold Category under the “Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology” at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards 2025. This award recognises the bank’s innovative approach to training through its mobile-based learning platform, Baroda Gurukul.
The award was received by Sunil Sinha, Chief Learning Officer (General Manager – CLO and Recruitment), at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Conference held in Florida, USA. This recognition highlights Bank of Baroda’s continued focus on using technology to improve learning and skill development among its employees.
Baroda Gurukul is a mobile-first platform that allows employees to learn anytime and anywhere, making training more flexible and effective. The initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce by strengthening employee capabilities and encouraging continuous learning.
In another update, Bank of Baroda has received awards across two categories at the India Credit Risk Summit & Awards 2026, held in Mumbai. The Bank was conferred with two prestigious awards:
- Best Risk Initiatives of the Year – Banking
- The Resilient Organisation of the Year
